I believe that therapy should be a positive and respectful place where kids and families feel seen and heard, and where they can partner with a therapist, identify areas for growth and improvement, and with a warm, supportive, and positive therapeutic relationship, build a better life regardless of any challenge or dilemma. I have 18 years experience in private practice and schools, and I absolutely love working with kids, adolescents, and adults. I am mostly person-centered and humanistic in my approach. I balance therapy practice utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and social thinking theories. I use visuals, play, humor, and reflection.
